FAQ

  • We would like to welcome you between 11:30 and 11:45. Please let the organization know that you will be there. Before that, the preparations are still in full swing. Please note: if you are not there at 11:50, we will give your place to someone else.

  • You can register in advance, it is free and can be done via the registration button on the homepage. We are now full, so unfortunately you can no longer register. Were you able to reserve a spot? Then you will receive a confirmation from Eventix in your mailbox.

  • Bring a printout of your e-ticket as proof of registration. You can also show the QR code on your phone. Didn't receive a confirmation? Check your spam box to be sure. Please note that you need one QR code per person.

    When you arrive at the Lange Voorhout, you report to one of the registration desks. You will then receive a plate and cutlery and then you can take a seat at one of the tables as instructed by our volunteers.

  • Can't make it? There is currently a waiting list and we will gladly give your spot to another fellow citizen if you are unable to attend. You can cancel via info@haagsevrijheidsmaaltijden.nl .

  • Are you less mobile or are you coming in a wheelchair? Please report yourself - possibly with your companion - to one of the registration desks at Pulchri. We will make sure that a place is freed up for you where you can easily join. It is even easier if you let us know in advance that you will be there, so that we can reserve a place for you. Let us know via info@haagsevrijheidsmaaltijden.nl if you would like to sit at a wheelchair place.

  • Lange Voorhout 13 at the height of Pulchri Studio. If the weather is bad, we will move to the Grote Kerk. We will announce this in advance, you will receive a message by e-mail, no later than Friday 3 May. So keep a close eye on your e-mail.

  • During the event, the toilets may be used in Pulchri Studio.

  • We cannot take allergens into account for this event. All dishes are vegetarian.

  • The event takes place outdoors, we recommend that you wear clothing that allows you to be outside for at least two hours without getting too hot or too cold.

  • No, there is no cloakroom for guarded items.

  • During this event, photos, films and social media recordings will be made. There may also be press present.   • The easiest way to get to the Museumkwartier is by public transport, walking or by bike. The best place to park your bike is at Biesieklette on the Buitenhof. The address is Buitenhof 5. This is free.

    If you come by car, the best place to park is at the Interparking parking garage at Korte Voorhout 2p.
