In the run-up to May 5, activities will be taking place throughout the city to raise awareness of the
theme to increase freedom and bring people together. From Soup Talk to Soup Stories and the
recipe of the city.

The Freedom Meal Museumkwartier on 't Lange Voorhout on May 5 was quickly filled. 500 people joined in and participated in discussions about freedom.

Curious about the stories of your fellow citizens and what freedom means to them? From April 12 to May 5, the Soepstories Exhibition was on display in the City Hall (Atrium) of The Hague.

TASTING DINNER
ROC MONDRIAN

Together with students from ROC Mondriaan, Nick Toet and the ladies from Haagse Hapjes cooked a meal for all the organizers. This year's Freedom Soup was prepared and served to 50 guests. There was music and spoken word and organizers got inspired.

FREEDOM SOUP ON TOUR

The Soep Praat bus was a preview of the Hague Freedom Meals. From 1 to 4 May, this bus full of freedom drove through The Hague, to let fellow citizens taste the Freedom Soup for the first time. Here, fellow citizens could meet each other and talk about freedom. Below you can see the locations where we were present.
