Edamame kale dip

Because everyone can eat it without thinking about whether it is allowed or not. And it is a multicultural mix of ingredients. And we celebrate Liberation Day with all kinds of nationalities, so this really has to be eaten!

"All nationalities at 1 table"

Ingredients (for 10 persons)

  • 750 grams edamame

  • 250 grams of kale

  • 1 fresh jalapeno

  • 4 cloves of garlic

  • 1 lime

  • 90 ml extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

Peel the garlic and roughly chop the jalapeno.

Put everything (except water) in the blender and mix everything. If you find the dip too thick, you can add water until the desired thickness. If necessary, add extra salt and pepper to taste. Scoop everything out and enjoy!


Tip: on toast or plain dipping with tortilla chips is the tastiest
